Tosa.reshape op is not consistent with TOSA Spec

Hello!
In the TOSA Specification for the Reshape operation, the shape is defined as an input/operand. However in the MLIR dialect, new_shape is defined as an Attribute instead. Is this intended? If so, what would be the reason?

Hi!
Good question. We have a change to the dialect to align with the specification that we plan to upstream. We’re trying to find the best way to work with any downstream consumers of the dialect to minimize problems. My plan is for the upstreaming to happen soon.
