Code ownership for PS4 target

As you might have noticed, we’ve begun landing patches to open source the Sony PlayStation®4 system compiler. Many more are coming.

I’d like to propose that I be named code owner for this platform. I already have this role internally for open source. It feels necessary to establish as part of the process to handle external contributions.

I guess I don’t object, but most of it’s going to be modifications to existing areas rather than a new backend etc yes?

+1. There’s no directory or library to take ownership of, but I’m happy to make you the point person for all “is OS PS4” checks in LLVM.

Correct, there isn’t a whole new target folder involved, but there are plenty of platform differences that will be sprinkled horizontally across the code. Where we may introduce new features, code ownership would only extend to PS4-only paths.

Makes sense.

Makes sense to me!
