Increasing diversity in mentorship programs

I’m looking for folks that are interested in brainstorming ideas to increase the diversity in mentorship programs such as GSOC (both participants and mentors), or to increase participation in programs such as Outreachy. I feel that we have areas that we could improve on.

Let me know your thoughts, ideas, etc.
