MLIR Open Meeting: WebAssembly dialect

On Thursday, June 26, we will hold an open design meeting on the proposed WebAssembly dialect run by @flemairen6 and @If37. The discussion prompt is as follows.

We propose the addition of a new dialect for representing WebAssembly code with MLIR GitHub - lforg37/llvm-project at wasm_mlir_init - The proposed dialect can be converted to LLVM IR and our goal would be for it to help people building AOT WebAssembly compilers. We would like to discuss its design and gather feedback on the proposal as well as understand the community needs to make sure we bring something that would be useful to many.

The call starts at 7am PDT, 2pm UTC, 4pm CEST, 11pm JST. Please mind the time change from the usual slot to accommodate presenters in different time zones.
