Any reason why Phabricator projects were archived?

Overnight a lot of Phabricator projects where archived overnight by:

https://reviews.llvm.org/p/231084fg/

I personally use these projects to tag reviews so that I can look at the reviews for just the clang-format area.

I’m not sure if this a deliberate act? if so did I missed an announcement?

If it is ok with you I have reenabled #clang-format

It looks like the same user also restricted access to some (random?) reviews, e.g. https://reviews.llvm.org/D94712.

Given that the user did not participate in the review at all, this does not seem well intentioned.

The projects are all restored and not only editable by admins.
