I’m glad to announce that the 
llvm-docs-l10n project is published now:

The goal of this project is to translate the LLVM documentation into multiple languages. Translations are contributed via the Crowdin platform, automatically synchronized with the GitHub repository, and can be previewed on GitHub Pages.
There are issues and topics discussed about translating the LLVM documentation:

- Have llvm docs been translated into Chinese?
- llvm/clang documentation i18n ?
I believe this llvm-docs-l10n project can fulfill such needs.
I would love to contribute to it, in another language (french). Are other languages planned to be added in the future? Could I start working on it already?
