RISC-V LLVM sync-up call 15th October 2020

We have a call every alternate Thursday at 4pm BST, via

* Next meeting: Thu 29th October (note: UK/EU will have ended daylight
savings time but the US won't, so the time might be different for you
in this week)

Hi Alex,

Thanks for organizing this. I am not sure the next meeting (today, maybe)
is scheduled whether using the UTC time or GMT time? Since London
has changed its summer time shift, I want to make sure that I can join the
meeting at the right time :slight_smile:
